Kenny Slaught notes that sites providing online collaborations and workflow automation are growing. This is happening due to the accuracy of the data they offer. The new software enables investors and builders to have access to numerous properties in different regions. Crowdfunding sites have 150 firms in US, despite being relatively new. Nowadays, 7% of the US population is an investor, but in Southern California the number is close to 20%. Sites like CrowdEngine, RealtyShares, and CrowdForce allowed the public to make donations. Some of these platforms received 90% of needed equity through these contributions.
